We will review your sleep quality, any sleep problems, your wearable data (if you use this). We can assess any medicines that impact sleep and whether hormone changes may be contributing to problems with sleep. We will screen for sleep apnoea and other sleep disorder and refer if needed for more detailed sleep studies.

Wellbeing Assessment

We will assess your mood if needed and can discuss well researched ways to improve mood beyond just anti-depressants. For example, exercise in nature, use of hot-cold therapies, photobiomodulation, sleep interventions, nutritional interventions & specific supplements. (ensuring quality and safety from trusted providers).

Assessment of Risk Factors

If your family history or medical issues suggest that you may be high risk for long term conditions such as heart disease, stroke and Type-2 diabetes etc. we can assess your metabolic risk and design a plan to reduce your risks and keep you well.

Genetic testing is often not needed unless there is a specific intervention that has been shown to reduce risk or you are at particular risk; we will discuss your options.

Assessment of Harmful Substances

We will explore any harmful behaviours, particularly harmful tech or social media use.

Nutrition Assessment
